At The Office of David A. Bacharach, we like to say that "We serve you... with a smile"TM. We always aim to serve our clients with a smile, but the same is true for those upon whom we serve legal process.
We may be serving a police officer, an auto mechanic, a doctor, an elderly grandmother, a college student etc.-- it doesn't matter who or why, we aim to treat everyone with kindness, dignity and respect (at least initially!)
Our Process Serving / Legal Support Specialists have a mission to accomplish and we take pleasure in accomplishing that mission for our clients. As such, our initial approach on every case is the same:
- We are happy to meet you, and foresee a pleasurable exchange, so long as you don't prevent us from accomplishing our mission.
We believe that after our initial approach, it is the individual being served who dictates the tone and conduct in the remainder of our personal exchange.
If you are pleasant to deal with, we will try to be too.
If you are difficult to deal with, and insist on preventing us from accomplishing our mission, we guarantee you, and our clients, that we will use every means afforded to us by law to get the job done.
